What you need to know
How will I study?

You will learn how to become effective at managing people using various techniques and methodologies surrounding communication, target setting and monitoring, managing poor performance and recognising future talent.
How will I be taught?

You will work in a group setting with your peers, either within your workplace or here at the College with employees of other organisations. The trainer works in a consultative way, facilitating learning.
How will I be assessed?

Ongoing assessment of understanding, knowledge and learning throughout the course.
