This approach is a way of being that creates a growth-promoting climate. Since growth is an important sign of life, on the course we will look at its complementary ingredients: self-acceptance, congruence, unconditional positive regards and accurate emphatic understanding. Examples will demonstrate how Rogers' work can help promote healthier relationships.
