Course programme
State of mind is really important - it determines what you focus on, what memories you have available, what skills you can access
and even how you look and sound to others.
Week 2 – Control Your Inner Dialogue
Whether you've noticed or not, we all talk to ourselves on the inside. I'm talking about the questions, comments and instructions
you give yourself on the inside. This is called your 'Internal Dialogue' and everybody has one.
Week 3 – Score Some Goals
I could spend a lot of time telling you how cool goals really are, but it all comes down to this:
Successful people get what they want because they have a plan. No goals? No plan. No success. Simple. This part of the course
focuses on ways you can get the most out of having goals.
Week 4 – Recapture Your Drive
Vigour, motivation, oomph, get-up-and-go. These are all expressions of our natural drive - the psychological force that gives us the
energy to do things.
If your get-up-and-go has got up and gone, if you feel listless and unmotivated, this section will help you out.
Week 5 – Mastering Feedback
When an event is part of a cycle of cause-and-effect, then the event is said to "feed back" into itself.
Corrective feedback keeps you on course, while Positive feedback highlights your effective actions. It's time to master your
personal feedback loops to keep your actions effective.
Week 6 – Wrapping Up
When you've finished the course, it's natural that you want to know what to do next. That's what this section is for.
