Course programme
Course review:
This is the basic safety course for those wishing to work on the railway. Sponsorship is required but we can organise that for you, along with an approved medical and alcohol/drug screen.
Once passed, you will be able to work in and around the track but you can't touch the rail or sleepers. If you want to do that type of work you will need to attend and pass the 10 day Track Induction Course.
The PTS course is ideal for those with construction skills wishing to get involved with the Billions of pounds being spent on civils and building works where the 2 day course is sufficient.
