Dental Public Health focuses on preventing oral diseases and improving the oral health of populations. Addressing the major oral health issues and the global challenges facing dental care systems in the current political economy requires strategic planning, evidence-informed decision-making and strong public health leadership.
The Dental Public Health, Policy and Leadership Postgraduate Diploma builds on the Certificate Course by including four additional modules that allow students to develop “real world” transferrable public health skills that cover:

Primary Dental Care
Health Systems Policy and Performance (from the online MSc in Global Public Health at QMUL)
Leadership and Planning in Health and Public Services (run in collaboration with the School of Business and Management at QMUL)

Structure
Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Public Health, Policy and Leadership
Students must complete eight modules to be awarded a postgraduate diploma (120 credits).
