Phoenix has good resources to offer, but they need to work on customer satisfaction, upgrade their e-learning platform, exam structure, site navigation, staff should be warm and welcoming. All this should be done to add value.

Phoenix provided 3 day NEBOSH HSW training course for safety of your critical operational staff. I find course positively good and we had best instructor with us namely Simon Creasey. He had 42 years of experience.Great experience and would recommend the same to all.
