Additional information
We hear a lot about ‘being positive’ but unless we know how to, these words can be irritating, especially when we’re in pain, have just lost our job or are at an all-time low. To be positive, we first need to know what being negative is all about.
When we think negatively, we attract negative emotions and events. Things seem to go wrong. We affect others too, and they may not want to be around us. We’ll have low energy, no confidence and be looking sad and depressed.
A negative attitude makes the body over-produce stress hormones which lower our immune system, and provoke mild health issues which can become more serious if we don’t change our attitude.
Negative thinking attracts even more bad energy, bad situations, poor health, bad relationships and more, including stopping us moving forward in life.
When we think pCertificate in Positive Thinkingitive emotions and events. Everything seems to go right. Feel-good hormones flow around us, energising every part of us. This gives a boost to our immune system and our energy. We’ll look happy, successful and at ease. People will want to be around us because we make them feel good too.
This course gets you back on track. It gives you many tools and techniques, which will always be with you, whenever you need them. One powerful skill is reviewing your negative thoughts and pressing the ‘Cancel’ button. We teach you how to do this in a practical, constructive way, so that they really do get cancelled from your mind
