As a part-time and distance learner, I have been able to work full time in my industry while studying.I have been able to attend lectures and come back to work the next day with new tools in my arsenal to apply in real life scenarios. I have been able to take advantage of online resources to develop my knowledge of key areas while at home, and I understand that online presence is continuing to grow, so that I can study at a time and place which fits with my life and circumstances. The teaching and provision of resources has been consistently exemplary; I would recommend studying PG Dip Human Resource Management,at De Montfort University to any HR professional out there, who wishes to develop their career and think strategically about workforces and people.

The teaching is excellent and equips you with the ideas and theories - which we can then try and test in our day-to-day jobs. You have the chance to get taught by some of the country’s leading tutors who have endless amounts of knowledge and experience to share. The course is giving me a head start with my HR career, allowing me to have a solid foundation of knowledge and experience that I can draw upon throughout my life as I progress through my career.
