Aims of the course
To provide delegates with the knowledge and confidence required to obtain quality pictures on professional camcorders, in studio and on location
Structure of the course
'Hands-on' practical workshops covering the following areas:
- basic portraiture
- basic studio lighting equipment and method
- basic location lighting equipment and method
- understanding manual control of exposure, white balance and use of filters
- risk assessment and professional safe working practice
this course includes studio lighting practice related to multi-camera production
Course outcome
Delegates will leave the course having gained a good level of lighting knowledge and method applicable to shooting in both studio and location environments
