Are there specific requirements for joining?
This is a practical course for everyone, though you will be asked to think about “what’s under the surface” rather than just what you see.
How will I learn?
You will undertake a variety of group exercises, discussions and questionnaires – as well as short talks from the tutor. Much of your learning will come from working with other participants and reflecting on your experience in a structured way.
How will I know that I am making progress?
Participants will continually review their progress as each task progresses and we will make an evaluation of the group’s achievements by the end of the course.
Will there be homework? If so how much/how many hours?
You may be asked to read some short handouts or complete occasional questionnaires. Less than 45 minutes on any occasion.
Will there be additional costs?
A notebook and pen would be useful and maybe a folder for handouts. There may be a small charge to cover the cost of printed materials (see also below)
Do I need specific equipment or clothes?
