Course Content
This course offers intermediate study in routine servicing, using up-to date vehicles and rigs, interpreting technical information, repair, replacement and manual skills and health,safety and welfare in the working environment.
There are range of learning options to suit students' needs and abilities:·Health & Safety·Engine systems·Chassis systems·Transmission systems·Electrical systems

Students need to supply boots, overalls, and two text books. These will be shown to you on induction.
This is a one year course where students attend college one day a week.
How will I be assessed?
Apprentices are assessed in the workplace and students complete four on-line exams and a number of practical tasks to complete the course along with basic/key skills to a level two standard.
What can I do next?
This qualification will allow students opportunities for employment within the motor vehicle service industry or further progression to Level 3 which will enable them to undertake a professional qualification.
