Introduction

The fact is that risks can happen anytime. The benefit of risk management is that risks are dealt with in a proactive manner. Being proactive reduces the impact of project threats and increase the opportunities.

Participants of this course will learn risk management approaches that will enable projects to be delivered on time and on budget and with results that successfully meet their customers' expectations.

This course provides a structured approach to management of risk rather than a "fire fighting" approach. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in practical exercises aimed at testing a number of different techniques and building on skills.
