Once i got started on the course i relised how straight forward the course was in terms of steps and progression towards understanding the methods and assessment frameworks. My mentor was encouraging from start to finish. I felt that if i had any queries, my mentor would have happily supported me.

I really enjoyed the skype observation sessions with the candidates Bright provided for free! They were practical and interactive and the next best thing to live observations "on the ground"

The course structur enables someone like me with no previous understanding of assessment to quickly grasp the basics of how the systems, procedures of unit based qualification actually work. It was great that the training fitted aroud my heavy and unpredictable work schedule. The online delivery of the course was also a real plus as it ment i was able to continue the training while working abroad. My mentor was perfect! He as very approachable and whenever i submitted a piece of work he always responded very quickly. Thank you so much to the whole Bright team for helping me to progress my career another step forward!
