Course programme
John uses Hatha elements to wake you up. An exhilarating class designed to focus on proper body alignment, attunement with breath, attention and development of a balance of strength, flexibility and endurance. Holding the asanas for longer periods can allow deeper openings, releases of deeply held stress or tension, and release of holding patterns in the musculature that lead to better alignment of muscles, bones and nerves.
However the dynamic flow of breath and energy continues uninterrupted during the external stillness of the poses. All levels welcomed.
