What I would highlight I just want to share with you my excellent experience with Reception Academy. I did my course with Pierre last month and I am two weeks away from starting a new chapter of my life. What I would highlight I have literally loved the Hospitality English course. I spent such lovely time in the class with my classmates and our teacher, Ramin. He is an excellent trainer who loves his job so much and because of this you can learn a lot from him. I would have liked all of my teacher had been like him. We have learnt, having fun at the same time. I highly recommend Reception Academy to anyone willing to enter the Hospitality Industry.

What I would highlight My experience here has been brilliant! Although at first it was kind of hard since I used to work in another place, their staff made me feel comfortable because they were always available in case I need it. The first time I used the Opera system was difficult but as I started practicing it became natural. My teacher, Ramin, is a good person; he was there any time I needed him. He taught us how to deal with a formal interview which was useful for me. Now I’m part of Staybridge Suites' staff in Vauxhall and to finally become a professional in this industry, thank you Reception Academy!

What I would highlight Former students told me this was an excellent academy and they weren’t wrong. I can assure you everyone here is always willing to help. Ramin, the teacher, what can I say about him? He’s amazing! He loves his job so he keeps you motivated. The lessons with him were engaging and practical since he gave us examples of how to behave in the front desk. The content is interesting too because you learn how to answer calls, how to prepare a CV or handle an interview. Totally recommend this experience!

What I would highlight Hello there, I'm more than elated to authenticate my cognitive content with Reception Academy. I had a generalization that all the team is superior, skilled and consenting. The course that I accompanied, Opera Pms, is unquestionably grotesque, I did relish very much and from the first day I had generalized that it was so intriguing. They help me when I had grimness in every possible way and till present day, on the Graduation day, I'm very contented and I'm affected more and more with this Academy which made me sincere and reasoned. Now, I have the outlook to start the career in hospitality and this is my obligation to them. I will recommend this course to everyone who likes hospitality and want to hunt for a job in this sector as they give you a great possibility and is the best that you can find in and hospitality. A special obligation to Daniel and Ramin, my tutors.

What I would highlight My four week training with Reception Academy was completely fantastic. You will get well embattled to start your career in a 4-5 stars hotel, you obtain the self-assurance you need to prove once you apply for jobs and if you really want it you will get your dream job. Also your tutors are always there to support you during the course and even after that. A special obligation to my tutor Ramin.

What I would highlight Before enrolling in this course, I visited the Reception Academy and Ramin welcomed me and answered all my questions. The staff was very friendly too. I learned about Opera and upsell techniques, but this course also focused on the practice. Just after I finished this course, I got interviews and shortly after that I received a position I wanted because they also help you to write your CV and prepare you for interviews.

What I would highlight On my graduation day I had the first interview; one week after then, a 4 Star Hotel offered me the Reception position .... What I would highlight Thank you Reception Academy. Reception Academy is really not recreational, it is real, unrelenting, ambitious and of course, mirthful as well. The tutors are doing their job perfectly, and specially Ramin, my tutor. He has a great heart for his students, he's really forbearing and he cares about hospitality. History

Reception Academy was founded in 2008 as a result of a severe shortage of skilled and fully trained hotel receptionists in London. The founding team worked in hotels themselves at that time and decided to create a concept that would help young people to obtain the skills at an affordable price. The finished concept was presented to multinational hotel chains and it soon became clear that graduates from Reception Academy would have a great deal of knowledge which is relevant to hotels, giving graduates from Reception Academy a clear advantage over other applicants. The product has been improved ever since and Reception Academy is currently working on further training courses such as Online Training, Reception Supervisor, Reservations Agent, Hotel Accountant etc. Same concept, same great training, same job opportunity at an affordable price. Hotels today greatly benefit from Reception Academy students as they simply log on to our website and select the students they like. Simple!
