What I would highlight:
Thank you Reception Academy. Reception Academy is really not recreational, it is real, unrelenting, ambitious and of course, mirthful as well. The tutors are doing their job perfectly, and specially Ramin, my tutor. He has a great heart for his students, he's really forbearing and he cares about hospitality. He takes everything earnestly, and do his job. Well, I am internalizing a lot. I find this Academy really professional. Obliged Reception academy.

What I would highlight:
On my graduation day I had the first interview; one week after then, a 4 Star Hotel offered me the Reception position .... A blessing from heaven:)
Reception Academy is a genuine chance to learn Hospitality, a genuine course managed by all in the group: educators and Administration division. I might want to express thanks to my phenomenal instructors Pierre and Daniel for offering to us their huge learning and involvement in Hospitality Industry and supporting us at whatever time.

What I would highlight:
I joined Reception Academy for this course even if I already had experiences as Hotel Receptionist in my country of origin, and from the very first lesson I was amazed at seeing how many things I still can learn to improve my professionality to work in London.
The experienced teacher: Mr Ramin Semsarilar really puts his effort in making the lesson interesting and maintaining the enthusiasm alive all day long!
The Academy is clean and the lesson's room is just as seen in the pictures on the website, equipped with all is needed.
So far I am more than happy to have found Reception Academy and enrolled for this course!

What I would highlight:
I might want to express gratitude toward Reception Academy particularly to my educator Pierre for their backing and their polished skill. The course is absolutely justified, despite all the trouble. You can learn and practice the Opera PMS V5, and also Hotel methods. What I discovered most intriguing is the graduation day where employers from different hotels come to meet the students and some are employed that day. One week after I completed my course I signed my contract with a hotel, so I simply can say that I am extremely Happy!

What I would highlight:
Four intensive weeks, experienced trainers, nice environment and great possibilities of finding a job already on the day of graduation. You feel that they care about you from the first day of training untill the day you find a job. I can not wait to start the reservation agent training. ;-)
What could be improved:
It depends on the trainees also, but maybe we should do more Opera pms practice (exercises).

What I would highlight:
I just completed a one week course with the Academy, here in Dublin, Ireland. I just want to say a big obligation to the Academy for putting on a brilliant course I acknowledged so much and relished it so much. Our tutor Martin was fabulous, to the point very clear and just a complete fabulous guy. I am so cheerful I did it and maybe one day I will do the one month course, thanks academy for taking the course to Ireland, It was a delectation doing the course, again obliged, I suggest the course very highly

What I would highlight:
A month has just passed by. On the 26th of January I landed in London and in February I appended the four week Hotel Receptionist and Opera V5 course. On the 26th of February, at the Graduation Day, I was immediately rendered a job and tomorrow I will start work. This is simply awe-inspiring I would like to say a big thank you to my tutors Daniel and Ramin, who taught me both the theory and the practical competent needed. Most of all, I am thankful for the fervency and consecration to the industry which they have passed on to me. I desire that this is just the first step of a great career.

What I would highlight:
I fell in love with Reception Academy the first time I visited the premises and my heart told me that this was the right place to be. What makes the Academy an exception is that we felt so comfortable in the classroom, it is well equipped and the space is wonderful, good quality materials, the fastest Internet connection ever. Relationship wise we were all a family and still keep the contact although we all have our jobs and busy lives. Our trainer Andrew Tivnan is the best,
There is something magic about him, we understood every single word he though to us, he knows the course and he's an experienced receptionist. He's very patient and friendly. Even after the course, he's always available to guide and advice. Thumb up!
I personally didn't regret why I invested at the Reception Academy because it changed my life. I'm a receptionist and I enjoy what I'm doing, it's the most exciting job one can do.
What could be improved:
It would be difficult for me to say what I liked the least during my training, because I love every part of it. But I would suggest for the early session 7:00am, to have more access to the lift when they arrive in the morning.

Enrolling in this course has been the best decision I have made my Life as it helped me a ton to comprehend the methods and the norms in the most imperative hotels and brands in the world. What I would highlight:
Taking the Hotel Receptionist and Opera V5 four week course at Reception Academy was one of the incomparable decisions I made. I was also felicitous to have been taught by three tutors, Daniel, Ramin and Pierre. Their sanguineness, rabidity and fervency for the Hotel industry is delineated exceptionally in the way they teach in the classes. They were also subsidized and made every effort to make sure that you apprehend what was being descanted in lesson. A big obligation to Daniel, Ramin and Pierre. What I would highlight:
I finished the Supervisor course and began searching for another employment. I am so glad to let you know that I got a Supervisor/Shift Leader position in DoubleTree by Hilton. This will be an awesome test for me as they have 460 rooms and I have never worked in such a large hotel. Much thanks to you Martin at the end of the day for the 'Superior Course', for appreciation and inspiration.
