What I would highlight:
I finished my course on 26th Feb this year following a fabulous 4 weeks of composed and handy learning and practice. I had the delight of working with Daniel and Ramin both for 2 weeks each and can securely say they were splendid at their occupation. All that we expected to know we were taught, and both constantly ensured that on the off chance that we had questions we asked them! Through this course I've been prepared in a 5 star mark approach to start work as a remarkable secretary and can genuinely say that I'm prepared for the test. With respect to a future a short time later; I was staggeringly fortunate to be offered an occupation upon the arrival of graduation which I acknowledged. Aside from that I figured out how to secure numerous business cards and had a couple talks with effectively reserved. The open doors were directly before me and it was down to me to take them. Gathering Academy is a demonstrated foundation in preparing you and giving you open doors at a future employment. What I would highlight:
Hospitality English Language Course (2 weeks) was a stunning knowledge in a truly expert and benevolent environment. My english skills have been improved and I was given an essential learning of hospitality language, both things in the same course, astounding!!! A big thanks goes to instructor Ramin, an exceptionally decent, proficient and rousing individual who adores his occupation and works with energy. What I would highlight:
Here i am, after only one day!
Mulling over the first day. 4 weeks course are 20 days...and it seams yesterday! It seams yesterday when i was surfing on this site and i talked with Martin for more information. It seams yesterday when i went to the institute and i talked with Jade and i booked my course. It seams yesterday when i touched base for my first day and i hates my Giulia Passarelli in light of the fact that she took my most loved spot!! It seams yesterday when Andrew from peaceful and unknown coach began with a "GOOOOOOD AFTERNOOOOOON EVERYBODY!!" and i resembled " Is this insane man our trainer?!?!". I've found a little minimal Italian family in this class. It has been stunning go to this course. It has been an extraordinary affair! I will never forget it and I am going to miss even the little things: 20 minutes break (yeah....of course...20 minutes ahahah)
I don't have a clue about the others coaches, however with my experienc i can tell.... at the point when students get Andrew as mentor they will be exceptionally LUCKY!

What I would highlight:
Reception Academy is the best decision I have ever made. My four week training was completely excellent. The course is absolutely built to teach everything you need to learn to feel primed, thoroughly trained and self-assured to start a new career in the Hotel Industry and also to professionally and successfully complete all the interviews you will have at the end of the course. Reception Academy really opens a lot of opportunity to everyone who wants to start a solid path in hospitality, giving the chance to select the optimal we want to take for our future career. Hi! I am glad to say that Reception Academy was a great affair ! My coach was totally mind blowing and exceptionally propelling Mr Ramin Semsarian Made the course fun , energizing and straightforward . It's uncommon you have guides that really care and what improved it even was that Mr Ramin Semsarian was continually ready to amid his time off ! You will never feel lost or alone in light of the fact that there's day in and day out backing ! All the staff is amicable and kind and the course material organized exceptionally well .
I got an interview at Hilton inn the day I graduated ! It's truly all justified, despite all the trouble !

Attending Reception Academy's hotel receptionist and Opera four week course has been one of the most superior experiences of my life. Right from the first day I relished the course and could feel that the others relished it too. My coming into Reception Academy from day to day was enough to give me a feeling of expertness and chumminess. Working in the group couldn't have been more fun, and even if a task was harder than we initially thought, we always had our evangelical, cooperative, and endlessly humble tutor, Ramin Semsar, to give us the track. He inspired us to always work harder, made us think about our possibilities and postiche, and gave us perquisite advice on how to benefit from the course material and our individuality at the same time. What I would highlight:
This course is flawless if you want to begin your career in the hotel industry. Attending the Hotel Receptionist & Opera V5 course at Reception Academy was definitely the best thing I have ever done, I am so glad that I did it! I could not fault the course in any way. All the staff were so lovely and are all so passionate about helping each individual pursue their careers in hospitality. My tutor, Ramin, was awe-aspiring. He was so friendly and had made all the sessions a fun. All the tutors have a lot of experience in the hotel industry so they are very lettered. There was a lot to learn and Ramin taught us so comprehensibly and made sure that everyone understood everything. Another good thing about the course is that you meet a lot of people who are also overzealous about starting their careers in the hotel industry. I have met so many great people from many different countries. Reception Academy has interaction with many amazing hotels. After graduating on the 29th Jan, I received many phone calls to attend interviews. Today I expect a job in a hotel that I really preferred. Without Reception Academy it would not have been possible.

What I would highlight:
The course at Reception Academy has been one the best courses - if not the best - I have attended in the Hospitality Industry. It is designed to help trainees acquire the basic and most important skills needed to become an exceptional Hotel Receptionist.
It is up to the students, in fact, to take full advantage of the course trainers, for they have a vast working experience and knowledge of 5* Hotels. Furthermore, they were always more than willing to help and guide students in every step of the course and even on completion of the four weeks training. Not only this course teaches how to use Opera Fidelio but also provides precious advices and tips concerning interviews techniques, CVs, how to handle complaints, guest requests, and how to behave in certain situations, among other things, which I personally found extremely useful. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to work as an Hotel Receptionist, as I feel that the Receptionist Academy has given me the chance to learn all the necessary skills I was lacking of, when I tried to look for this type of job in the past.

When I came at Reception Academy, I enrolled for a 5 days Opera PMS 5.0 Full Service Course, having already a bit of experience, not on Reception, but in hotels, in other departments.
