What I would highlight: I really liked the course, I have learnt how to behave as a hotel receptionist and now I feel more confident! I highly recommend it because it is interesting and you really learn what you have to do in a real life working situation! It is not expensive it is value for money! What's more..I had a lot of fun while I was doing something important for my future!! Brilliant!!

What I would highlight: It is the best course which i ever had been,,it is so well prepared. Teacher it is very good orgenized and is brillant teacher. The Reception Academy give you verygood preparation and training to work in hotel reception. Attending to this course ,you can achive very high standard of hotel receptionist . I found Reception Academy very interesting , very practical and innovative, Highly recommend to everyone,

What I would highlight: This course is very good. It will train you to become an excellent hotel receptionist. The trainer is phenomenal and passionate about the hotel industry. If you want a great training and four wonderful weeks , don´t look any further, this is it!

What I would highlight: Martin is an excellent tutour who knows how to motivate his students. We gained proper PRACTICAL training; it felt as if I were already working in a hotel. Apart from that we received professional career advice and REAL help with looking for work.
Moreover, the location is excellent - very close to Liverpool Street Station.

What I would highlight: I warmly recommend this course to everyone who is interested to join the Hospitality Industry. Of all the receptionist courses I checked on the internet, this one was the clearest and seemed to inspire the most trust. And I proved to be right. It's a course that's worth paying for because it teaches you many useful things, the standards are high, which is very good, and the trainer - Mr. Martin Hartmann - is very friendly, funny, helpful and last but not at all least, a real professional. So do not hesitate, go for it!!!

What I would highlight: This course gave me all the important knowledge and skills that a receptionist needs. Athough I have never worked at the reception before, in only 3 weeks time after I finished this course, I was offered a receptionist position in a Hilton hotel. The teaching takes place in a small group and everyone sits in front of their own laptop. There is lots of written material provided as well as lots of time for practical exercise. The teacher himself works in front of house so that the information we received was constructive and no nonsense around. I highly recommend this course. Thanks again, Martin!

What I would highlight: The Hotel Receptionist Course at Reception Academy is a very practical training which makes it very interesting. I learned and practiced all the specific procedures and lots of other useful aspects related to this role, it was almost like a job...a great job. I highly recommend this course, I think is the best choice if you decide to start a career in the industry.
