What I would highlight:
Hello everyone,
The course at Reception Academy has been one the best courses - if not the best - I have attended in the Hospitality Industry.
It is designed to help trainees acquire the basic and most important skills needed to become an exceptional Hotel Receptionist. It is up to the students, in fact, to take full advantage of the course trainers, for they have a vast working experience and knowledge of 5* Hotels. Furthermore, they were always more than willing to help and guide students in every step of the course and even on completion of the four weeks training.
Not only this course teaches how to use OPERA FIDELIO but also provides precious advices and tips concerning interviews techniques, CVs, how to handle complaints, guest requests, and how to behave in certain situations, among other things, which I personally found extremely useful.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to work as an Hotel Receptionist, as I feel that the Receptionist Academy has given me the chance to learn all the necessary skills I was lacking of, when I tried to look for this type of job in the past.
The course is designed in such a professional manner that you will learn and enjoy every minute of the four-hours-a-day... you will wish that each lesson would never end!
I attended this course in September, and I am very proud of my achievement; I got a job in a 5* Hotel as a Receptionist 3 days after completing the course.

What I would highlight:
20 days - every single day going to the course smiling. The best experience ever. Had no ideea that it could change my whole perspective about hotels and I learned so many skills. It started from 0 and gone thorough everything so it suits to everybody whether they had some background experience or not. But I couldn’t gained all this things if it wouldn’t be one of the most professional trainer. I’ll take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to the Reception Academy team !!
Also what I would like to add is that after those 20 days, we are more than welcome to go and ask for some other informations after the course is finished. So … we will always have someone to talk to and they won’t let us down.

What I would highlight:
The course is great in every way, the trainer is great, he is very professional and the fact that he had a career in hospitality is also very good because he's teaching from his experiences and he can always advise you on making the right decisions. I find that everything I learnt during the course will be very usefull and it will certainly help me develop my career. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but considering the lenght of the course and the the things that i've learnt it's worth every penny.

What I would highlight:
I understand that theory is important but everybody is doing the course because of the opera. So maybe a little more time on the computer would be better for some people so they would be more confident.

What I would highlight:
i learned a lot, i liked that the teacher has worked for more than 12 years in tourism so he can give examples that are not made up.

What I would highlight:
I am very happy that I found this course. It gave me a lot of knowledge about Hospitality Industry and it gave me self-confidence. I received lots of information and knowledge from this course for my money. This course is value for money. I just can suggest it to everybody.
I am very happy that my teacher was Martin Hartmann. He is an excellent trainer, explains, gives feedback at every time about our knowledge and patient. I dared to ask from him, if I didn't understand something.
I just would like to say a great Thank You for Jade and Martin. They are fantastic!!!

What I would highlight:
I have really enjoyed myself while studing this course and my trainer Martin was fantastic and very helpful! What I would highlight:
I enjoyed every single hour of this course.The way that information is presented, challenges you to get involved in disscution, to ask question ,to clarify your doubts,to understand how the system works and why is it sow important to dedicate yourself to your work.
The intensive training part leads you to an area that was previously unknown for you.But not anymore.You hold it know.
It was the most pleasant course for me and I will do it over and over again.

What I would highlight:
A nice course that I really enjoyed. A friendly environment and funny lessons. Teacher Martin is "Fantastico!" (you will learn what I mean;-)) and the class, not overcrowded, is easy to attend. I learnt some basic skills which turned out to be useful in job applications too. I definitely liked it!
