Reflexology is a therapeutic foot massage where gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the feet. This allows deep relaxation and a chance for the body to rebalance itself.

Reflex points on the feet correspond well to all the various parts of the body - allowing the whole person to be treated.

This results in:

Stress reduction
Pain relief
Improved circulatory and nervous system
Improved digestion

You will learn how to work the different reflexes on the feet and hands, bringing about improved physical and emotional health.

You will need to bring a pillow or cushion, a small towel and foot lotion with you to this course.
