Course Content

These qualifications are designed for people who work in a retail
environment, either in Management, Sales Professional or Visual Merchandising
roles; there are separate certificates and diplomas for each of these areas.

• Certificate OR Diploma in Retail Skills

• Work Effectively in your Retail Organisation

• Understanding Customer Service in the Retail Sector

• Health and Safety

• Understanding the Retail Selling Process

Optional Units

To be discussed with Assessor on Induction for both elements of the
Apprenticeship

Attendance

There is no college attendance required the apprenticeships are delivered solely
in the work place. Functional skills can be delivered either in the workplace or
in college at evening class

• Functional Skills Maths & English

• Apprenticeship framework Certificate

• Certificate or Diploma in Retail Skills

• Technical Certificate in Retail Knowledge
