This course was brilliant an dthe trainers fantastic. I was expecting a very 'talk and chalk' approach, but the trainer was very, well, informal. By that I mean they joined in as well as facilitate all of the discussion, used humour and those that were on the course all seemed to enjoy it - a few drinks in the bar afterwards with them confirmed this.
From the course I've taken away some tecniques and tools to manage change. What I like especially is the fact the tools are simple but could be very effective and I can see exactly how they will work in my organisation.
I'm very much looking forward to attending my next course I have booked with this company

Revolution Learning and Development is a training and development cosultancy based in the UK, specialising in training and development consultancy services and regular training events. The business began trading in 2007 offering a small library of training materials that are still available today, but has grown now into a more rounded cosultancy. The feedback we have received from our customers and clients has been extremely positive to date. The Director of Revolution Learning and Development is David Lumley. David is an experienced trainer and coach, gaining experience in his field working with various blue chip companies including Barclays Bank, various telecommunication and retail businesses. David has also worked as a consultant for various companies in the UK and Europe.
