What is the course about?
This course is suitable for anyone in good health who enjoys music and exercise.
STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ROTATE DANCING PARTNERS.

What are the course outcomes?
The aim of the course is to enable students to have the confidence and basic skills to dance free style Salsa.
To keep in time with the music.
Basic salsa steps.
Dancing in couples.
Free style dancing.
Basic style tips.
Line Dances.

Are there any additional requirements?
No.

Please Note:
The college cannot guarantee that all classes will run on consecutive weeks. This particularly applies to courses that use the Main Hall or Sports Hall facilities.

Materials:
Smooth soled shoes or boots, comfortable clothing.

Please do not wear stilettos.

How will you be assessed?
There is no formal assessment but a student will be awarded a certificate provided he/she has completed at least 80% of the sessions.
