My experience so far has been really good. I studied my foundation year in Loughborough and I must say, Coventry is so much more inviting. You really feel supported, and it's much more close knit. Coventry is very good at increasing employability. There are a lot of placement and job fairs, and the careers department are very useful. I recently had a meeting to talk about my placement interview and it was very useful. They also do not expect you to pay for your placement year, which is very handy as some universities will still expect your tuition fees. The lecturers are all very approachable and try to make the lectures as interesting as possible. They are always available to speak to you about anything you might need, and are willing to take time out of their own day to help. The facilities are excellent. I am in the new engineering building and it's amazing. They have everything you could possibly need, and it's very modern and clean. The support is amazing. We have something called a Theta room, where lecturers are obliged to go and sit for at least 3 hours a week to help anyone that goes along. We also have a maths support center where you can go along and ask anything to do with maths. On top of that, the lecturers are usually very quick to answer emails, and are happy to help.

Enjoyable, but many issues that makes the experience definitely not best value for money. Lectures don't meet my expectations. I don't feel like all the lectures provide good enough support or teach to a good enough standard. Class sizes are too large with too many students not interested in learning and disrupting the learning of others. I do enjoy the challenges and independence uni life brings.Good wide range of activities. Not always the best to correspond with. They don't always take the time to read emails and answer issues. Some academics are brilliant but they are few and far between. Many will not respond to queries and are mostly unhelpful. They don't treat you in a manner which makes you feel like you're two adults conversing.

Overall it's been quite good. The uni is expanding and getting better, with the quality of teaching being quite high. Quality of lectures is good and there's plenty of support outside them as well. Facilities are fairly modern. Good support outside lectures and tutorials, along with a personal tutor for other needs. Good resources available in the library as well. The university facilities are excellent.

My degree is taught very well, lecturers are very enthusiastic about the topics they teach and will always take the time to make sure that you understand everything. Lectures are always on an online system with extra content. There is always guided further reading and the opportunity to go further with your education. This is supported by all of the staff at the university. My degree is accredited so it puts me at a good advantage ahead of other Biomedical Scientists, there is a lot of opportunities and announcements about placements and jobs available. There is a very good student support system and the university is constantly evolving to the advantage of the students. For example, one society decided that there was not enough veggie/vegan food on campus, this has been debated in a student meeting and the university are now exploring vegan food options.

I couldn't have wished for a better 3 years, they have been so enjoyable due to the quality of the course and teaching, the quality of facilities and the surrounding area. Friendliness and commitment to teaching, always open to a discussion and provide help. Tutors and lecturers are always available when they say they are to provide deeper feedback. Coursework feedback is usually very in depth and very helpful.

It's been great so far. Overall I've met some great people, and the university experience has given me the opportunity to branch out, and get out of my comfort zone. I've grown a lot. Lecturers encourage you to go on placements and apply for jobs early, but they also provide services to help you. They don't leave you to do things for yourself. Coventry University is one of the best at that.

My experience at Coventry University has been excellent. Assistance is there when you need it. There are plenty of opportunities to have your voice heard. My University did a lot to help with my CV skills. They have what is called Add+vantage which is an extra module to help with my employability . There are also plenty of voluntary opportunities. My Student Union is very active i am involved with the voluntary team which is great. They do their best to support us. I particularly use the maths support center and it has been really helpful with my maths course.

Coventry University: Such a great place to study! It is right in the centre of Coventry and the whole campus is quite compact which gives the university a real community feel. The University of Coventry has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is so friendly and willing to help with anything you may need. They have a great library with an incredible range of books for your courses. Would recommend it with no hesitation.

Overall, it's been good. The work can get the best of you if you don't keep track of it but without the pressure of a lot of exams, it's easily managed. There aren't many issues with it. Placements are encouraged and skills are focused on.

I would say that my experience has been positive and I have learned a lot. However, I also feel that the courses and their content could be structured better as I do not feel I have learned as much as I could have. I am however grateful for studying in such a modern university equipped with facilities that contribute to a comfortable learning environment. They provide advice on preparing a CV right through to providing mock interviews to provide feedback and improve prospects. They provide career fairs and employer talks so that students are aware what out there and can find more information. They provide several workshops to help develop soft skills such as leadership courses and communicating with confident body language etc. The practical tutorial/lab sessions within the networking lab and ethical hacking lab.

An invaluable experience at Coventry University. The thing that I liked the most is that the University has a centre that is dedicated just to enhance employablility whilst studying at Coventry. It offers opportunities to work or study overseas, learn a foreign language and gain international experience. As an international student myself I managed to get work experience through the centre. Additionally, the faculty provides support to find placements, through organizing events, provide support to improve CV, help with interviews.
