What I would highlight: Level is exactly as I thought and is professional but still room for laughs. Feedback at all stages that was really useful. They adapted to the qualifications I work with instantly and it helps that they are experienced teachers/lecturers also as it is not just the old NVQ stuff I deliver. I have been offered excellent support and can continue my career and take on more duties now - really pleased.
Assessor is a great guy - knows the requirements and also is a mine of info. IQA too is similar - both were very likeable as people and also as professionals. Felt confident at all times and also sought advice regularly and was always treated with respect and support. Guided through the qualification expertly and I was the focus continually and never felt lead at all. Work alongside you - not 'at you'! They fit in my environment so well - get treated as staff!! They are delivering updating events to my department also and look forward to seeing them again.
What could be improved: There was nothing that I can give a negative or even a neutral comment on - fully enjoyed and responded well to my experience at all times. A pleasant find.

What I would highlight: Knowledge and skill level is incredible. Impressed. Efifcient & dedicated and also work in harmony with you. Thorough initial assessment and IAG - expected but interesting to see in action! Supportive and available to my needs. Genuinely interested & passionate in the learning & development and also dare I say me. Enabled me to take on the qualification and not create problems with work. Recommended by a colleague and this word of mouth imovement is a really powerful thing as they live up to the recommendation and with positivity - good to know they are around.
Independent and also experts and this shows - impressed with the range of knowledege and also confidence they have and their learner-centred approach does work! Meet regularly and are flexible and the sessions are valuable and you achieve and are motivated. Staff were great - even met SV from awarding organisation who interviewed me! They work in schools, colleges, providers and private companies and really are well rounded in knowledge from differing perspectives and work professionally and diligently and can only praise their work.
What could be improved: Cannot find anthing to be negative about - can only give positive feedback! Wish I could work with them more as an enjoyable experience.

What I would highlight: Recommendation via another senior colleague/lecturer. Excellent company to work with who are very switched on and know about the new developments & changes. A pleasure to learn more about the QCF from them and feel very confident in my work - I was certificated within a week of completing as they are fully functioning on new standards etc! They were treated as staff in my college department and were incredibly friendly & understanding of quals that were not NVQS - being lecturers themselves was realy useful as they understood about academic quals too! Enjoyable and has also ensured my CPD and also skill base is more robust - got them delivering updating to other staff and will use again as they are discrete & independent and also deliver results. External delivery that had demonstrated integrity & quality plus good value - very impressed.

What I would highlight: Recommended by a Lecturer colleague. Fantastic company to work with - my Assessor deserves special thanks. Very 'on the ball' company and very up to date with the current changes in learning & development. I met IQA and also the awarding organisation SV as part of my course and cannot fault a thing. I am now qualified and received certificate in a week - brilliant service that is end-to-end. Another convert here - many thanks.

What I would highlight: Staff have been developed at the same time and have all recognised the need for C.Service and a consistent approach in dealing with clients and SDL used our business aims to take this forward & managed to translate them to a training course that also rewards with a national qualification - and this has really increased business & also has saved on recruitment & also helped retention. We employ all ages & experiences and no one was left out! All staff reported being pleased with the services and gave positive evaluations that cited SDL as being very supportive, friendly and approachable at all times. Positive & encouraging feedback. We will continue to work with them.

What I would highlight: No usual provider spiel & cancelled visits etc. - felt very assured that I was being supported and looked after at all times and received a positive service and not just treated as an 'earner'! Contact was perfect & achieved something & meetings always agreed & also honoured. Very impressed and can recommend without a second thought - customer care is excellent. What I would highlight: Completely impressed with the service and the people that I came into contact with. No nonsense with total quality & care provided. An experience that was well worth the work and the support was invaluable. Serious knowledege provided and I genuinely learned and agree with colleagues they are experts in the field. What I would highlight: Acting on a recommendation I approached and was met in person and a full assessment/analysis undertaken. SDL work efficiently & flexibly with you to achieve your goal. Incredibly impressed with their knowledge, application of thought & methodologies - they are streets ahead. Needed the qual to continue to practice and they were expert in planning how i could achieve & subsequently supported whenever needed. I have become a talking point with other colleagues as I have achieved with relative simplicity and also know why I have achieved and can offer then advice regarding assessment and the QCF!!!!! Reliable,value for money, the 'supplier of choice' and you actually learn from them !

What I would highlight: Recommended by a networking colleague. Qualification was carried out in work and also in my own time by producing evidence - found this a highly suitable way to show my performance in duties and achieve accreditation. My assessor was great and also a good motivator as well as being consistent in meeting me and planning/giving feedback. Excellent support was given and this made me feel instantly more confident in my own and their capabilities. The best route if you cannot find, let alone commit, to College or other attendance in the area and their independence is also reassuring as you do not feel like a 'target'. Fully supported by my work too - found that I could fit this qualification in as well as function at work and home. Many thanks.

What I would highlight: Two staff undertook this a s part of a organisational analysis & plan presented by SDL. They have provided excellent insight and knowledge and support at all times and both managers have reported that they feel more confident and ready to take on more challeges and that they responded well to the work-based learning approach. They both reported that they felt their Assessor quickly understood them & offered practical advice and a sense of informality that they responded to - whilst understanding their schedules and not patronising them as 'trainees' but respecting them as working adults with experience. Recommended.

What I would highlight: As the Director I was encouraged to undertake a qualification as part of the service SDL provide. My staff undertook L2s and I was persuaded to undertake the Level 4 - what a worthwhile expereince this has been! Very interested in seeing how the process works first-hand and also has enabled me to develop a new structure to the business with qualifications targetting specific levels/duties. Extremely pleased with the support and business-sense that SDL provided and will certainly continue to do so as they have completely changed my mind about training providers and the qualifications offered - their knowledge and also impartiality creates and supports this throughout and a pleasure doing business with them. No politics, funding issues, eligibility or rhetoric.

What I would highlight: Put five staff members through on this course and found it excellent grounding and also consolidated the basic training we had provided as a company & SDL developed them further. Working with SDL we have been able to develop a new staff structure and also training at the levels required - very grateful as this has developed the business as well as the initial training we requested - excellent value for money. Even persuaded me to undertake a Level 4 at the same time to understand the process as well as develop myself Will definitely work again with this company and they will be our first port of call for more than just qualifications.

What I would highlight: From deciding to undertake the qualification thru to first meeting to then staring it has been a positive and worthwhile expereince. SDL have been supportive, positive & professional throughout the duration and they have been invaluble in guiding me to success. What I would highlight: From the very beginning I knew that this was right for me - I had been recommended SDL and they swiftly met me and we started to plan my units. This way is excellent if you are working and cannot give time to attend evenings or travel to college. We agreed my 'plan' and then it soon became routine to prepare and deliver work. Assessor was a great chap and also really useful & commited to supporting me. This is a great way to learn and you do not have to change your routine - also was accredited for all the previous training I had done so some units had already got work towards them. Nice one!

What I would highlight: Excellent company to study with - staff are really friendly also very professional & knowledgeable. Feel valued & involved at all times and would not hesitate to recommend them to any one who is considering undertaking a qualification.
