What I would highlight: Excellent company to work with, know exactly what they're doing and do it very well ! Many units to choose from to make a package that suits me and what I required. Initial and ongoing impartial discussions to ensure that I received the correct information & advice at all times. Cost benefits are huge as this will stay with me and endorse my management role and ability. Feelgood factor is 10 out of 10 too. Many thanks indeed to SDL.

What I would highlight: Excellent service & value for money - treated extremely well at all times and fully supported throughout the duration of the qualification. Fantastic staff, approachable and good fun too! Instantly felt confident and assured in all undertakings. Will have no hesitation in recommending to everyone I know personally and business contacts.

What I would highlight: A worthwile experience - from initial investigations and chats through to arranged visits/meetings and then to producing work and then completion and certification I have been completely impressed and cannot but praise SDL highly enough. The development & change in myself is clear and I am very grateful to my assessor Steve who has been a constant source of support and inspiration. Learnt so much about myself, as well as following the course, that this is added vale and beneficial therapy!

What I would highlight: Course addressed needs and was surprised at how many optional units there were to choose from. Used SDL for individual qualifications and also for Advanced Apprenticeships - same excellent service & delivery & support no matter which route! Also can do just units if required - no problems in accommodating you. Assessor has fantastic knowledge and understanding of the qualification & it's structure and also is incredibly supportive at all times - the Directors are also specialists in the field of work-based learning & this is clear in every experience you have. Genuinely without hestitation we recommend SDL - a well kept secret of who to deal with if you want the best for more than just quality, ease of communication & efficiency has just been exposed but don't tell everyone.

What I would highlight: Completed the Level 3 qualification in less than a year as promised, will be able to start new year with pay rise now I am nationally qualified. What I would highlight: Personal development & satisfaction. Definitely will reinforce employment security. Fitted in with my schedule and work hours. Cost/Time was negligible and I have really enjoyed the whole experience - started to think again which can only be a good thing. Never hassled and flexible in meetings/sessions and also the use of email. You are not doing things for the sake of it - everything is real and based on work.
Amazing guys who know their stuff - also are a pleasure to know and useful to discuss ideas with. Will certainly keep in contact with them. Course is designed with what I wanted to achieve and the service given was first class. They immediately get right into your business and work role and get you searching for evidence. As an aside they also know a lot about other training, qualifications & development and have discussed opportunities for myself, colleagues and also family and friends - very useful indeed especially STEM Leadership Skills for young people - many thanks!
What could be improved: On reflection I didn't find any drawbacks at all and have found that I miss the structure of the meetings - just go for it now!

What I would highlight: From my initial meeting with them I immediately felt very at ease and also instantly confident with my choice of provider who came highly recommended via a social contact. I have dealt with the 'youth' side of the market many times as a manager but was very impressed that SDL are differently focused and they work with adults, those that have professional development needs and those that are in work - being able to discuss my requirements & actually have this decyphered and then translated to my objectives was brilliant and this is unique thing indeed. I felt as if was in control at all times and had full support always - being able to 'spark' with my assessor who was also a time-served manager was very useful and not just to my evidence collection! - they know their stuff! Recommended without exception and where to go to next?....already have a session planned with them to discuss options plus my ideas for apprenticeships!

What I would highlight: Open and flexible to all learners. SDL are highly experienced at delivery of Management training & also incredibly supportive to each individuals need(s). Units are selected in consultation & agreement and individually planned with all concerned. Career development is planned and what progression is available/suitable. SDL staff are responsive & provide an exemplarly service and are a pleasure to work with at all times!
Knowledge, Trust and Support offered - each learner is treated as an individual and feedback has been excellent. Assessor and Verifier are personable & interested and this is continually shown - their approachability is a real find!!! They search out funding opportunities if available and for those that cannot access their rates are fair & certainly value for money as they work hard and efficiently and always in constant communication.
What could be improved: Nothing at all - would not hesitate in recommending this company as they are competent experts in their field and also offer extremely good value.

What I would highlight: Was able to select from so many optional units ones that matched my work - really excellent! Have been able to create the qualification that suits me and my organisation - thanks to fantastic advice & guidance & committment from SDL. Cannot speak highly enough of them and was very pleased to meet them and work with them. Decided to extend to the Diploma and have found the experience very fulfilling & has given me a lift. Recommended indeed.

What I would highlight: Undertook several units that have enabled me to demonstrate CPD - I hold teh old version and this new one has some excellent opportunities at the right level for me to add to my cv & cpd log. Found the guys friendly & professional and also clever at understanding how business processes work and being able to direct me from this analysis. Looking at next course already.

Warehousing & Storage NVQ Certificate Level 2

What I would highlight: Allows you to show what you can do and also prove your duties. Have worked in Warehousing for many years and have the chance of promotion and the Warehousing NVQ has helped me with my confidence and also will allow me to be considered with all other participants for the supervior role. SDL were very good to me and also showed me what I neede to do for my file - i haven't done any learning for years and I was very surprised that I didn;t have to do lots of written work and study - which was great. My assessors were down to earth and helped me and showed me that observation and getting my boss to state my duties were ways of proving what I could do - once I reaised these many ways to provide evidence it came together really quickly. SDL know their game and guided me to get a full Level 2 qualification - a first for me!!! Really pleased and also proud. Would recommend them to anyone and they deal with adults all the time and treat you well.

What I would highlight: Excellent ! Easy to apply and start this NVQ and you get full great support throughout the process from induction to completion. There are so many units that can be chosen to suit the job role and SDL make it easy to follow and guide you through the process at all times. We continue to use this company internally and also promote externally as they really are a pleasure to work with and get the job done! We have recently had several achieve this qualification in a variety of roles

What I would highlight: We have had a dozen or so put on this course and all have remarked how it is useful, fun and also a positive experience. We see that our t TLs are ready to take responsibilit for work and also can use this to start to identify managers of the future. SDL are down to earth and respond to all the areas we ask them to go in and they are as ever pleasant to work with and also contribute greatly to our services.

What I would highlight: A highly suitable course for all volunteers and those who are new to our organisation - ensures that all the essentials are covered and also encourages excellence in delivering customer service. We are on outr third group and SDL staff are as ever very patient, clever at identifying ways to provide evidence and also all the participants have very positive feedback about them!! Recommended!

What I would highlight: Ideal training for all operatives that provide administrative support/general duties etc. A wealth of specialist units can be chosen to fit specific role on top of the basics that rae required for each opeartive. Cleaning & Support Services NVQ Certificate Level 2

What I would highlight: Provides an excellent progression from the Level 1 and also has many optional units to choose from where certain career roles can be provided for. Enables staff to have a qualification that is recognised and also demonstrates their skills inc. water-fed pole for window cleaners, street cleaners and also interior operaratives etc. Good,solid grounding that helps you develop workforce. SDL personnel are very efficient & always helpful and recommend their services - they do so much more than delivering training!
