The practical applications of how to run and develop a mentoring course especially. As for the trainer, she was very accommodating as well as kind, proving further explanations when required. Thanks!

  • The Assertiveness and Confidence building programme offered by Stand & Deliver is excellent and is having a positive impact on attendees which is probably as good an outcome as we could have hoped for! I’m very much enjoying the course especially the mix of theory and practice. The trainer is excellent and has developed a good rapport with the group and the team building element of the course is proving very worthwhile as well.
