Servewise/City and Guilds Certificate for Scottish Personal Licence Holders Off Licence (SPLH)
The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 requires that Personal Licence Holder must have a suitable qualification. This course meets the requirements of the national agreed standards of competency.

The course covers: An Introduction to Licensing, Responsible Operation of Licensed Premises, The Effect of Irresponsible Operation on Society and Health. It also includes the application process for a Premises and Personal Licence, Mandatory Conditions, Key Legislation, Alcohol and its Influences, the Premises Environment and People Skills
