· Provide a Food Service: Table Service, Counter Service &, Carvery · Wine & Bar Service Skills & Techniques, · Relevant Health & Safety Legislation & Procedures Relating to, Security in the Workplace · Customer Care/Contact Skills, · Till Operations, Methods of Payment, End of Day Reports &, Daily/Weekly Finance Procedures · Build & Maintain Effective, Working Relationships · Provide a Table Drinks Service, · Prepare & Clear Areas for Table Service
Progression Opportunities:
On successful completion, students may progress to SVQ Level III, Hospitality Supervision or, depending on individual student ability,, may be considered for HNC Hospitality Operations

Course Assessment:
Students must consistently deliver a high level of service and customer, care in the college's realistic working environment to achieve the, assessment criteria. Each unit is broken down to cover a specific range, and assessments are carried out continually throughout the course.
