Course programme

Many industries, such as oil, gas and energy are highly dependent on the effectiveness and skills of their operational supervisors, especially those within front line activities.

Such supervisory level staff tend to be highly experienced and knowledgeable of their operations, but management at any level is a skill in its own right. For most supervisors leadership and management skills don't just happen automatically. They need to be developed.
