About this course
- have a good basic knowledge of the main wine producing regions of Spain- understand the principal grape varieties in those regions- appreciate how different aspects of wine making and viticulture affect the taste of these wines- understand how method of production for Cava and Sherry create the styles of those winesappreciate some of the history of Spanish wine and current trends too.
There are no extra costs - tasting glasses and spittoons are provided. You may wish to bring a small notebook, pen, water and possibly some plain crackers to refresh your plate between wines.
