What will the course cover and what can I expect to do by the end of it?
This course builds on previous vocabulary and grammar ( more tenses and some subjective) to enable you to deal with more practical topics verbally and in writing.
What teaching and learning methods will be used on the course?
As far as possible, all teaching and learning takes place in Spanish. You will work in pairs/small groups to practice speaking and listening, and also with worksheets and exercises to develop reading and writing. Homework is set every week and is a vital part of you're learning.
How will we assess your progress on the course?
Evaluation is continuous, what means that your tutor will listen to you speaking in class and mark your written work, giving you regular feedback on your progress. You will work together using an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) as a guide throughout the term. An Internal Moderator will also look at your work.
What type of qualification will passing this course give me?
Working Men's College for Women and Men will issue a certificate on completion of Intermediate 2.
What extra study/practice do we expect you to do outside the class?
Regular homework is essential and revision of what has been done on the previous lesson is highly advisable

You will need a pen, paper, enthusiasm and a will to learn. If you need a book your tutor will advise you on which one to buy.
