The SPORTS INSTRUCTOR plans and manages individual and group training programs aimed at maintaining and improving physical fitness or learning a specific sporting activity. The programs can have educational, adaptive, playful or sporting purposes, they never have competitive purposes. The sports instructor, also known as a coach, manages individual or group training programs to teach a specific sport discipline - football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, tennis, rugby, athletics ... motivate them to improve their sports performance.
