Course Description:
Hot Stone Massage involves performing a full or partial body massage using hot stones as part of the massage routine. Stones are also placed on strategic areas of the body during the massage to promote deeper relaxation and well being.

Description Breakdown:
This course will involve you exploring the history of hot stone massage. You will also be made aware of all of the health and safety issues involved with the use of hot stones and the equipment used with them. There will be a demonstration during which you will be able to ask questions and complete your theory notes. You will prastice initially on each other moving onto clients.
