The course is designed for those who wish to enter the fast food industry at operative level. You will learn how to cook and provide an efficient and friendly service in a fast food operation.

· Preparing, Cooking & Serving Food for the E-Kafe, · Dealing With Customers · Working as a Team Player, · Operating the Cash Register & Dealing With Payments, · Health & Safety · Food Hygiene

Students can progress onto an SVQ Level II in Food Preparation &, Cooking.
