Course Aims:
To give learners an introduction to modern Frency contemporary cookery including poultry, seafood and meat.
Course Content:
Each week the learners will have the opportunity to observe demonstrations by the chef lecturer and their prepare their own dishes. Useful general cookery tips and techniques will form the basis of the sessions in an informal setting within one of the college's profesisonal purpose-built environments.

Professional Appearance:
It is advisable that all learners wear suitable footwear for a catering environment (nonslip)
Other Costs:
Learners will be required to provide their own ingredients for the dishes. College will provdie some commodities that may be difficult for learners to acquire. These details will be discussed by the chef lecturer during the course.

3 hours a week x 10 weeks
