As such, it’s extremely complementary to most sports programmes. Yoga can improve your health, reduce stress, improve sleep and generally boost your overall outlook on life.
We offer over 60's Yoga and Pilates Chi classes weekly, including plenty of beginner classes and courses.
Perform more efficiently and enjoyably by correcting how you carry and move your body. Rolfing can help you rediscover your natural alignment and posture.
TLC also offers the athlete a wide range of relaxing massages (Therapeutic, Sports, Rolfing, Shiatsu, and more) to help you relax and regenerate.
We offer a wide range of treatments for injuries – Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, restorative yoga therapy sessions and one-on-one yoga tuition.
We can arrange for TLC yoga and pilates teachers and health therapists to come to your home or to visit your sports team, whether for group tuition or on-site treatments.
