PROGRAMME CONTENT/STRUCTURE
This 'Train the Trainer' course is designed to examine the techniques and disciplines required by those who have a training role. Communication and key tutoring skills are investigated and developed. This course aims to introduce delegates to the techniques and disciplines required for a training role. Delegates will learn how to plan and prepare a topic, with effective course material, using different training styles, creating sessions and role play, and testing/evaluating the learning process.
