Our award-winning 3-day Train the Trainer course covers all the essential skills required to deliver dynamic and effective training. It explores such areas as training group dynamics, delivery techniques, learning styles, feedback, planning, designing and methods of assessment. On day 3, it includes an opportunity for each attendee to deliver a brief training session and put their skills into practice.

At the end of our Train the Trainer course you will be able to:

The course is intended for anyone who wants to develop their training skills, particularly in the workplace.
There are no pre-course requirements to attend our 3-day Train the Trainer course.
Attendees will receive a GBT Certificate of Competence.
Gary Bedingfield has been delivering training for 20 years and has developed this award-winning Train the Trainer course based on his vast knowledge of delivering training to many different organisations, including the Ministry of Defense, BBC, Arnold Clark and BP.

Based in Glasgow, Gary Bedingfield 20 years experience in the training industry in both Scotland and England. He is a fully-qualified further education trainer and assessor with a a passion to help people reach their full potential. He works with public and private sector clients ranging from young people to mature adults.
Course programme
Introduction
When it comes to training the trainers, we are experts in the field. Whether you are new to training and facilitation or have a number of years experience, this training for trainers course helps you see ways in which you can become a better, more effective trainer.
The course is intensive and delivered over two days, exploring areas such as learning styles, training resources, delivery styles and evaluation. It consists of five trainer-led sessions followed by a micro-training session, where you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your training skills.
If you deliver workplace training then this course will be of particular interest to you. It focuses on one-to-one and small group delivery as well as demonstration techniques. Our Train the Trainer courses are regularly delivered to many industries including the care sector, automotive, food production, off-shore, recycling, adult education, aviation, hair and beauty, housing, training and retail.
