It was important that we develop a way to empower people to propose new ideas to the board and for us to have a mechanism in place to turn them into reality. The majority of our employees were going through change and we didn’t want this to overwhelm them. To achieve this, we commissioned Eskil to deliver their three-day workshop to the board. Broken into three separate days, we learned about the impact of intrapreneurship on the organisation and individuals, how to set out a framework to ensure success and also the theory behind their Intrapreneurship Canvas as a way to communicate ideas to the stakeholders. For us, the second day was crucial as it was highly strategic but members of our management team highly rated the third day which was more operational. A delegate focussed course, which was enjoyable and extremely beneficial. The trainer pitched at the right level for all concerned - and there was a range of experience levels in the room from those new to the subject through to existing trainers. Paid good money yet failed exam, They only rip money from the customer and I won't ever recommend this company to anybody. They are pathetic and so is there customer services. They lost the certificate which I coming after a long battle at least for me. They made the whole experience so worst that I won't forgive them nor will ever use their any course or service in any form. They are good for nothing.
