A nicely exhibited course with phenomenal individual guidance from a mentor who was very much grounded in her subject and ready to react to an assortment of inquiries. The course material is extremely extensive similar to the PC based activities. Instruction was both centred and adaptable.

This course was very thorough in its content, and is an excellent addition to the new to management course I had previously attended with R2. I just finished my Security Guarding - Level 2 course. I really enjoyed this course and would highly recommend the Specialist Security Group. This was a great week and I HAVE made some good friends and learned a lot from the tutor. The feedback given was veru useful. I would recommend these guys to anyone trying to get into the Security industry. Thank you to all the staff as they have been brilliant.

I just finished my Security Guarding - Level 2 course. I really enjoyed this course and would highly recommend the Specialist Security Group. Most importantly the area where the instruction occurred, Adept Training, Newbrook House, Nottingham, was exceptionally inviting and extensive. The preparation was one-on-one and the guide was extremely helpful and persistent and instructed the units well. I left the preparation having gained a 'raring to go' state of mind and felt that the information of Publisher that I left away with would help me in my work which incorporates making notices, handouts and pamphlets. I would go to Adept Training again. Much obliged to you Mandy my coach, Andrew and the woman in the workplace that compassionately got me some lunch from the bistro over the street since I could not eat the sandwiches.

Paid good money yet failed exam, They only rip money from the customer and I won't ever recommend this company to anybody. They are pathetic and so is there customer services. They lost the certificate which I coming after a long battle at least for me. They made the whole experience so worst that I won't forgive them nor will ever use their any course or service in any form. They are good for nothing.

Frustating experience, they charged me more than the other students, my venue was changed without any intimation, no refund was offered. Instructors were late right from the day one. Though I passed the course but I feel Get Licensed is not efficient enough.
