Training for Success is designed for young people aged 16 - 18 (up to 22* years for those requiring additional support) and provides training to give you the tools and skills needed to get a job in your chosen occupational area. These Training for Success options ofer you the chance to learn skills that employers want, whilst getting paid a weekly training allowance, and gaining experience in the workplace. Courses are available in vocational areas such as Retail, Business Administration, Joinery, Horticulture, Early Years, Care and much more. You will receive £40 training allowance each week (based on attendance). When you successfully complete your course you will gain a recognised professional technical qualiication, and will have gained valuable work experience that will enable you to seek employment, or progress to an ApprenticeshipsNI course to further enhance your skills.
