To enable candidates to safely use self contained breathing apparatus in confined spaces classified NC 2, 3 or 4. Suitable for: Candidates who are required to work in confined spaces that have been classified as risk levels NC2, NC3 or NC4.

Course will comply with the Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 so that candidates will be able to:
- prepare breathing apparatus for use observing duration indicators and user checks
- put on and wear breathing apparatus correctly observing all fitting and performance checks
- put on the apparatus and effect an emergency evacuation of a confined space
- undertake all user tests and hygiene procedures on the breathing apparatus on completion of the work
