Module 1: Legal and Security Issues: Data Protection Act, Data Confidentiality, Data Integrity, Copyright, Computer Misuse and Abuse, Malicious Code, Data Backups.

Module 2: Health and Safety: General H&S Considerations, Ergonomics, Repetitive Strain Injury, Disposal, Safety, Energy Wastage, Recycling.

Module 3: Good Practice: Original Data Source, Directory Structure, Viewing Files, Copying and Moving Files, File and Folder Access, Deleting Files, Searching.

Module 4: Program Integration: Application Suites, Limitation of Storing Data, Sorting Data, Data Types, Logical Operators, Wildcards.

Module 5: Data Integrity: Coding - Adding References, Spreadsheet Construction and Cell Referencing, Zero Values, Calculated Fields, Original Data and Data Entry, Modelling using Cell Edits, Chart Generation.

Module 6: Information Presentation: Sorting, Formatting and Data Emphasis, Use of Headers and Footers, Use of Style Sheets and Templates.
