What will you be learning?
Depending on the specialism you choose, you will cover both theory and practical aspects of a selection of the following modules: Carrying out complete refinishing operations; mixing and matching paint colours; identifying and rectifying paint defects and faults; removing and replacing body panels; repairing body panels; rectifying vehicle misalignment and health and safety in the workplace.
You will be assessed throughout the year on practical tasks, written exams and tests.
What happens when you have finished?
After you have successfully completed this course you can progress onto a Level 4 qualification in Management or enter employment as a body refinishing/repair technician.
