Why should you use Aspire Europe?
This course provides a general overview of these critical design activities and the responsibilities that go with it.
Aspire Europe is an organisation dedicated to delivering change through programme management. We see this activity as key to the success of change in organisations as we have provided consultants to perform this activity in the past.
We look at the tools and techniques that will be helpful day-to-day and identify areas where further development will help. In addition we will explore the different vision & blueprint design and delivery management skills that will be required to maintain a focus on benefits in a change programme.
The course is a skills component for the professional development of Business Change Managers and members of a programme team. Aspire Europe offer further accredited courses to continue this development.
