WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
The course is aimed at individuals who want to pursue a career in computer networking, and at corporate organisations that require competent networking staff. Cisco certification ensures high standards of technical expertise and is an internationally recognised credential as a competent networking professional. You will develop an understanding of digital data communications over a LAN and WAN, TCP/IP in internetworking, wireless networking, Subnetting, IP addressing, VLANs, PAT and NAT, How to configure and maintain routers and switches, Maintaining Access Lists, firewalls and network security.

WHAT ARE MY COMMITMENTS?
You will need to attend classes on Thursday evenings from 6.00pm 9.30pm, and complete practical lab exercises. In addition you must study in your own time as the curriculum is very demanding, and be prepared to take online exams out of class time.

Learners 16 to 18 year olds do not get any reduction on the above fees.

COURSE CONTENT
There is a choice of 2 routes to achieve CCNA certification, depending on your background. The Discovery route is more suitable for those with no previous technical skills or knowledge, aside from basic PC skills.
