Our intensive Level 3 Award in Education and Training course is delivered over 4 days as 1 day a week, combining a variety of theories and principles with practical sessions throughout the course delivery.

About this course
The theory side of the course is made up of coursework tasks which are answered in questions & answers format. We will provide resources and teaching for this (this can be done via online live classes).
Learners prepare a session plan for their Micro-teach presentation which they complete during their course. They also complete peer evaluations for their fellow candidates, therefore providing assessing experience. This element will be achievable when we return to class for assessment.

We are adapting this course during the COVID19 lockdown to include learning via online live classes. We have also made this course 50% discounted during this time.

I have been a trainer for 12 years and in the hair and beauty industry for 28 years. My qualifications include VTCT, IIHHT, IIST, IHBC, BA(hons), MA, as well as being a qualified trainer, assessor and IQA.
Course programme
