We know that learning Xero for the first time can be a bit daunting. Our approachable, experienced trainers will quickly get you using Xero confidently.

This is a hands-on course. It includes lots of time to practice what you are being taught and try things out for yourself.

By the time you finish, you’ll be comfortable using a wide range of Xero’s core features.

About this course

This course will to get you comfortable with Xero as quickly as possible.

With plenty of practice to consolidate what you learn, you’ll be up to speed in no time.

You’ll learn how to:

Quickly navigate Xero
Tailor Xero to your preferences
Set up, customise and send a sales invoice
Create a purchase order
Record a purchase invoice
Use bank feed to quickly manage and reconcile a bank account
Create and customise emails from Xero
Use Xero’s help centre and contact Xero support.

Don’t worry, you don’t need any previous experience of using Xero.

You only need a basic understanding of working with computers and Windows.

If you can work with multiple windows, navigate the desktop and know a bit about storing files in folders you’ll be absolutely fine.

YOUR TRAINING DAY Our courses run from 9.30am to roughly 4.15pm with refreshments throughout the day and a break for a tasty, freshly prepared lunch. We offer a relaxed, supportive learning environment, fully air-conditioned facilities and some of the nicest instructors on the planet. Also, you’ll receive:  A full-colour manual covering everything in the course so that you can recap.
 A USB stick for the course exercises to let you practice more in your own time.
