The course is designed to keep staff safe from the risks of conflict by recognising early the warning & danger signs. Using appropiate communication skills and models. The course starts low with the basics of communication and moves on through dynamic risk assessments, patterns of behaviour, attitude and behaviour, ego states, and others and finishes with fight or flight. This course can be linked to the Personal Safety for Lone Workers and also have breakaway skills added if required. Suitable for: All staff, in all sectors, Public or Private. The NHS version of this course was supported by the BMA, Unison and others.

Conflict Resolution Training is for all sectors and all level of staff who have some contact with the public, contactors, or indeed other staff.
For NHS staff our training will hit the National Syllabus as set out by the Counter Fraud and Security Management Service (CFSMS).
This course has been delivered by our trainiers to not only NHS staff, but Council Workers, Court Staff, Police Officers, Immigration Staff, Social Workers, Transport sector staff, Teachers and many more.

Career opportunities: Meets the NHS requirements as set by the NHS CFSMS. Required for all NHS CJIA staff before they can use the powers under the CJI Act.
